Pizza Files 2010 Summer Binge, Stop Ten.

A fellow pizza eater calls me on Saturday and says he saw a new pizza joint, and asks if  I want to go?  Yes of course, is there any other answer.  That's how The Haus Pizzeria & Bar became stop ten of the 2010 Binge.

Myself and two other pizza eaters arrived at The Haus Pizzeria & Bar about 5:30 on Sunday and were greeted by Pascal one of he proprietors.  After reviewing the menu we decided to share a large garden salad with the house dressing.  The salad was probably big enough for 4 people and the dressing was excellent.

For pizza we ordered 2 medium thin crust, one with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms the second with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, hamburger and red onions.  Although the pizza is of the thin crust variety and cut on the square it should not be confused with St Louis style pizza.  First off they use mozzarella cheese, secondly their crust is a bit thicker and of the hand made variety.  In the end the food was not only great, but plentiful. The Haus Pizzeria & Bar is definitely worth a return visit,  maybe when they have a live blues.

The Chief Pizza Eater.
