Pizza Files 2010 Summer Binge, Stop Eight.

The weekend flew past before I knew what happened and I didn't get any pizza.  So I was determined to get pizza for supper and there is one place close to my work that is only open for supper, and it had been one year since I last had there pizza, so this would be the perfect time.  That's how Erio's Ristorante became stop eight on the Binge 2010.

I started with a Dinner salad and the House dressing.  I also asked for the Anchovy fillets, as I like them in my salad (or pizza for that matter).  I was shocked when I opened the salad and found the equivalent of a whole can, all for just $.75.   It was time for me to go out side of my typical pizza so I ordered the Pizza di Palermo, it's hand tossed dough is brushed with minced garlic and extra virgin olive oil then topped with bacon, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.  The pizza brought to me straight from oven by owner Pietro (Pete) Pulizzi, was delicious.  The ride home in the car was absolute torturer, I could barely control my self long enough to snap a few photos before digging in.

One year is just way to long to go between visits,  I have to come up with a pizza eating schedule.
